Otter Creek Child Center is leading a community-wide effort to expand child care in Addison County.
The Community Child Care Expansion Project (C3EP) will more than double the existing combined capacity of Otter Creek Child Center and College Street Children’s Center, addressing an urgent need for infant and preschool-age child care in our community and providing an important boost to the local economy.
